Delivery Terms
- LOCAL FREE delivery is provided anywhere in Singapore for purchases above $50.
- We deliver within 2-3 working days in Singapore.
- For local express or urgent deliveries, please call us to arrange – Tel: (65) 9093 3605.
- Free delivery to Peninsular Malaysia is provided for orders above RM 200.
- Deliveries to Malaysia will generally take 5 working days.
- For urgent deliveries to Peninsular Malaysia addresses, please call Tel : 016-233 1435 to arrange.
Payment Terms
- We accept Visa or MasterCard credit payments when you shop online using Paypal’s secured transactions.
- For your convenience, you can also opt to pay through Cash or Cheque on Delivery, even for your online purchases.(For local deliveries only.)
- We offer you probably the lowest costs around town. Because we are an online company, we don’t pass on our rental costs to our customers. All our prices include GST and there are no hidden costs.
PLEASE NOTE: It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering, to avoid incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, stopped or returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products. You are considered the importer and must therefore comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Any fees charged to Our Choice Pte Ltd and/or its affiliates due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only (provided the items are in sealed and resaleable condition), minus the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or other handling fees assessed by the customs in your country. |
