V. Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain or some orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel, even after accepting your order. We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.  For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped.  Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; product or ingredient restrictions mandated by local, state, national or international regulations; or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance group. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.  Our Choice Pte Ltd strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law in Singapore or any country or territory abroad.

VI. Order Returns

VII. Pricing or Typographical Errors

If a price is incorrect, or any information is incorrect, arising from an error in pricing or product information, or such other typographical and inadvertent error, we have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.  If an item is incorrectly or wrongly priced, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.  Our prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

VIII. Quantity Limits and Items for Resale

We may limit the quantity of items purchased per person, in any manner of combination or computation, as we deem fit.  We will duly inform the customer should we do so.

We may, in our sole discretion, amend the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement from time to time so you must check this Agreement from time to time for any possible changes.
