How to Order?

• Browse through our Online Store and purchase your products Online using our friendly and convenient Shopping Cart.
• For An Urgent Order, Please Call us at (65)66864438 and our staff will be more than happy to help.
• Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have placed an order online and have not received an email, please call our customer service hotline on +65 66864438
• If items are not in stock, we will either substitute for an equal or greater value item. 
• We will ensure all expiry dates to be more than 6 months. 

Delivery Terms

• FREE Local delivery is provided anywhere in Singapore for purchases above $50
• An additional delivery charge of $10 will be incurred for purchases amounting to $50 and below.
• We will deliver within 2 working days within Singapore.
• Delivery will be on weekdays 10 am to 7 pm.
• For URGENT/Last Minute changes to deliveries, please call 65-90252123 .
• We Deliver to LOCAL ADDRESS only. (No overseas Delivery)
• We have 3 DIFFERENT TIME SLOTS to choose from: 

                      Time Slots: 11am to 1pm 

                                           2pm to 4pm 

                                           4pm to 7pm 

Payment Terms

• We accept Visa or MasterCard credit payments when you shop online using Paypal’s secured transactions.
• You can also pay through Shopify Secure Payment. 
• For your convenience, you can also opt to pay through Cash or Cheque on Delivery for your online purchases.
• We offer you probably the lowest price in town. Because we are an online retailer, we don’t pass on our rental costs to our customers.  All our prices include GST and there are no hidden costs.
