A new format for the Criollo Chuao, an exceptional variety of Criollo, increasingly sought after by chocolate lovers. Chuao is an ancient variety of Criollo that takes its name from the Venezuelan village where its genetic material was first identified and then selected. The beans are completely white.
Tasting Note: notes of hazlenut, dulce de leche, lucuma and mamey. It has light acidity with great sweetness and roundness.
