The Fine Cheese Co English Farmhouse Cheddar
Our range of Cheddars is made in conjunction with a West Country farmer to our own recipe and specifications. The cheeses are matured for around 14 months. After grading to ensure their quality and consistency, they are formed and dipped into burgundy wax. The cheeses are sweet and tangy, with a particularly creamy texture, and the occasional crystal resulting from long maturing. Presented in burgundy wax.
