Our tea is selected from the highest gardens in the foothills of the Himalayan mountains at the peak of the growing season when the tea is at its best. Only then does the tea have that subtle flavour reminiscent of muscatel grapes. This is the result of a unique combination of cool misty climate, high altitude, rich soil and careful plucking and handling. Our Afternoon Darjeeling is perfect for serving with cakes and pastries in the afternoon. Use one tea spoon of tea leaves per person. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 3-4 minutes. Best served without milk.
