Panna cotta is one of the most popular and versatile sweets of Italian pastry, with an extremely soft consistency and somewhat uncertain origins. Some argue that it was invented in the Langhe by a lady of Hungarian origins, others believe that it is the lighter version of Bavarian, a typical dessert of French pastry, still others that it is an ancestor and a variant of "BiancoMangiare", a Sicilian dessert brought in antiquity from the Arab domination, where almond milk was replaced by cow's milk. The most accredited hypothesis, however, is that it is a dessert of Piedmontese origin born in the early 1900s.
The Bottega Panna Cotta Cream is produced from the same raw materials and with the same preparation methods as this dessert. The cream, which comes from only milk from the Alps, it is cooked for a long time with vanilla beans from Madagascar. There are therefore two main ingredients, carefully selected and of great quality: the cream that derives from the skimming of milk of Alpine origin, which gives greater intensity and typicality to our cream, and the Madagascar vanilla, which stands out for its taste. characteristic and for its rich and round fragrance.

In the event of delays for pre-order items due to international logistics issues beyond our control, cancellation or refund of orders will not be allowed if the delays are <2 weeks in duration. 3. Under the Billing section, please provide your contact number. This is to ensure we are able to reach you in the event that the recipient is uncontactable upon delivery.
