Muzzi Panettone with Raisins soaked with Passito di Pantelleria Wine 1000g

Our panettone is processed for 72 hours in which the most important phase is the refreshing of the yeast which, in this way, is always kept alive. By working it with flour and water we ensure that it remains reactive, giving softness and flavor to the product. The raisins are of Turkish origin due to their high quality of selection: the grapes are harvested manually, dried naturally in the sun and chosen by color and size. These are then soaked in passito di Pantelleria coming from the Miceli winery in Palermo. Once the cake has cooled, it is soaked manually with a syrup (syrup of water and pasteurized sugar) flavored with Passito di Pantelleria.
