 food brands—including Taylors of Harrogate, Cartwright & Butler, and Maglio

—across South East Asia and Taiwan. These partners are carefully selected not

only for their quality and heritage, but because their sustainability values

closely align with our own.

For example, Maglio supports the use of sustainably grown cocoa, while Taylors

 of Harrogate and Cartwright & Butler have established clear commitments to

 plastic and waste reduction, alongside the adoption of more sustainable

 packaging solutions. We actively collaborate with suppliers who share our

 belief in ethically sourced food and who are transparent and committed to environmentally responsible production practices.

 

Our approach to sourcing also prioritises clean-label products that contain no

 added artificial colourings, preservatives, or flavourings. This ensures the

 finest and freshest ingredients for both home gourmands and professional

 chefs, without compromising on quality or integrity.

As a business, we are fully cognisant of the environmental, social, and

 governance (ESG) dimensions of sustainability and are committed to achieving

 net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, in alignment with our country’s national

 targets. We work closely with our stakeholders to support this transition and

 continuously improve our sustainability performance.

As part of our broader sustainability strategy, we have implemented the

 following initiatives:

 

•Relocated to a warehouse that is ISO 14001:2015 certified with a robust environmental management system

•Established internal targets for utilities consumption, plastic use, and waste reduction across our operations

•Developed a transition plan to replace delivery vehicles with electric vehicles (EVs) at the end of their operational life

•Engaged product and service providers who demonstrate shared sustainability values and responsible practices

•Prioritised employee welfare by ensuring health, safety, diversity, inclusivity, and business continuity

•We are a participant of the LowCarbon SG movement since 2025

•Maintained relevant certifications (e.g. BizSafe, EcoVadis) to demonstrate our

 commitment to responsible and sustainable operations

 implementing all measures recommended by our auditors
