How do I know if my order has been received and processed?

You will receive any email confirmation with your order number within an hour. If you have not received an email, kindly email us at sales@ourchoice.com. 

How do I include a personal greeting message?

Kindly write your message under the box " Special Instruction" before checking out. 

How much do I have to purchase to enjoy FREE shipping?

End June onwards, you may enjoy FREE delivery $50 and above!

Additional Charges of $6 for orders below $50. 

Do you include invoices in your deliveries?

No, we do NOT include invoices in our deliveries. If you require an invoice, kindly email sales@ourchoice.com 

Can I arrange a specific DATE for my delivery?

Yes you may write it under " Special instructions" before checking out. 

Shipping: 

What is the expected delivery time? 

Our deliveries are schedule for the NEXT DAY delivery from 2 pm to 9pm.

If you require to have same day delivery, kindly email us at sales@ourchoice.com or call 90252123

What happens if I am not around to receive the delivery?

Items that does not have to be chilled will be placed outside the door.

Items that are chilled, We will have to reschedule the delivery at an additional cost.

 

Products

Scones

Our scones are kept frozen and will be defrosted upon delivery.

Please consume them within 3 days. 

Clotted Cream 

Clotted Cream will be delivered to you frozen. Kindly Defrost it for 2 hours or so before consuming. 

Once defrosted, consume within 10 days. 

Tips: Take out a portion that you wish to consume and leave in the fridge to defrost. 

Place the rest of the clotted cream in the freezer and it can last until the expiry stated on the cream.

 Pre-Order ChiaTe

ChiaTe will only be delivered to you once the items arrive. 

As their productions are closed at the moment , there will be delays in the shipping.

We will send you an email for updates on your delivery.
