Q: Are the mooncakes sold here authentic hotel mooncakes?

A: Yes. All our mooncakes are authentic and sourced directly from our hotel partners — including:
- Conrad Singapore Marina Bay (formerly Conrad Centennial Singapore)
- Conrad Singapore Orchard
- St. Regis Singapore
- The Ritz‑Carlton, Millenia Singapore
- The Fullerton Hotel Singapore

Q: Do the mooncakes come in the hotel’s official box and bag?

A: Yes. Each mooncake set comes in the original hotel packaging, including the official gift bag.

📦 Ordering & Delivery

Q: When will I receive my mooncake order?

A: Delivery starts according to each hotel’s launch date. For example, Fullerton deliveries begin 11 August to 6 October. You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout, and we’ll do our best to deliver on that day.

Q: Can I choose the delivery time?

A: We deliver between 11am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday. While we can't promise an exact time slot, we aim to meet your preferred date.

🎁 Bulk / Corporate Orders

Q: Can I customise my corporate mooncake orders?

A: Yes. Customisation such as logo tags, personalised text, or greeting cards may be available for large orders. Just contact us directly to discuss.

Q: What are the delivery charges for bulk orders?

A: • For one single location, delivery is free for orders of 30 boxes and above.
• For multiple delivery addresses, we charge a flat rate of $4-$5 per location within Singapore.

🧾 Product & Stock Policy

Q: Can I cancel or amend my mooncake order after payment?

A: Unfortunately, once your mooncake order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended, as these are seasonal, perishable items pre-allocated by our hotel partners.

Q: Can I request a greeting card with my mooncake gift?

A: Yes. You can write your message in the “Order Note” during checkout, and we’ll include a complimentary printed note with your delivery.

📍 Collection / Store Information

Q: Do you offer self-collection for mooncakes?

A: We generally offer delivery only for all mooncake orders. Self-collection at our Takashimaya store is not available unless it is specially state on the product page. 

Alternatively, self collection may be arranged at the The Artisan's Table by prior arrangement. Please contact us if you require self-collection at The Artisan's Table. 

Q: Where can I view the mooncakes in person?

A: For orders above 100 boxes, we will send a sample set to you for viewing. After your review, we will arrange to collect the sample back.

💳 Payment Mode

Q: What payment methods do you accept for mooncake orders?

A: We accept payment through the following methods:
• Credit/Debit cards via our Shopify-secured gateway
• Google Pay
• PayNow
• Bank Transfer: For corporate or bulk orders, you may choose to pay via bank transfer.
  → Enjoy an additional 2% discount for payment made by bank transfer.
  → Bank details will be provided upon request or after order confirmation.
