No. 17 Spring Honey Golden Diamond pineapple is carefully selected as a local ingredient. The whole pineapple is peeled and boiled directly into the filling, retaining the most essential pulp, pectin and fiber.
The outer shell is made of natural butter from New Zealand, and you can taste the light and mellow flavor of the cream; the crispy and chewy outer shell wraps the fiber-rich golden diamond pineapple filling, brewing to create the "golden ratio" that has been adhered to for decades, sour and sweet. The pineapple cake won the first place (gold medal) in the Greater Taichung Area Pineapple Cake Competition in 2010.
