Made with pure New Zealand butter, the multi-layered honeycomb crust is light and mellow yet the fragrance is not accompanied with greasiness at all.
The crust is made with added wheat germ, filled with delicate black sesame seed paste, a treat for the health-conscious.
To avoid prolonged exposure to heat and sunlight - all Taiwanese pastry products are air-flown. By so doing we assured quality but without compromising on the cost. We have reasonably priced to keep all our customers happy.
