Shipping policy

Delivery Terms

• Free local delivery within Singapore for purchases above $70.00.
• A $5 shipping fee applies to orders between $50–$70.
• A $10 shipping fee applies to orders below $50.

Deliveries are made the following day after ordering, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Delivery times are between 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

For urgent or last-minute changes to orders or deliveries, please call (+65) 9025 2123 and quote your order number.

Re-Delivery Terms

• Please ensure that the recipient's address is correct and that someone is available to receive the delivery.
• If the recipient is unavailable, the items will either be returned to our office or placed outside their doorstep.
• A re-delivery fee of $8 will apply.
