Christmas FAQ
1. Select your delivery dates
You may select your delivery dates when checking out.
Click on our calendar app and select the dates for delivery. 
2. Key in your greeting messages 
Select the Cart Icon and key in your greeting messages before checking out. 
  3. What if I have more than 4 addresses for delivery?
Email us the address at online@ourchoice.com on your excel sheet.
Please indicate
1) Address
2) Name of the recipient & HP
 3) Gift Card messages 
4) Delivery date ( Kindly note that the date range has to be from example; 14/12- 20/12. We do NOT allow a fixed date for orders with MORE THAN 3 hampers. 
 We will send you a separate invoice for payment after confirming the orders and addresses. Payment will have to be made before proceeding with the delivery. 
5. What if there's nobody around to receive the goods?
There will be an additional charge of $8 for redeliveries. 
6. Can I add in more products to the hamper?
Yes you may. Just purchase the products together with the hamper. Under the order note before checking out type in " Add products to hamper" . 
7. How do I track my order?
Kindly email us at online@ourchoice.com. Please allow us 2 days to reply.  
8. Can I have a corporate discount if I Purchase more than 20 hampers?
Email us at online@ourchoice.com 
9. My address is an office. Do you deliver within office hours? 
Yes we do deliver within office hours. You may indicate under the "order note" that this is a office address. 
10. What time can I expect my delivery?
During our Christmas season Nov- Dec, please expect your delivery to reach later than the usual hours. We will try our very best to delivery your order before 930pm.

Our office will be at it's peak period during Nov - Dec period. 
It's best to leave us an email for us to follow up with you.
