Excellent seasoning for egg pastas such as tagliatelle, tajarin, and pappardelle.
Cooking recommendations:
Bring to the boil at least 2 litres of salted water in a saucepan and cook a pack of tagliatelle (250g) for 2-3 mins according to the package instruction.
Drain the pasta and season it with some “La Favorita Truffle Red Sauce” adding a knob of butter then serve.
In order to appreciate the whole truffle taste and intense smell at its best, we don’t recommend adding cheese.
