Order, Delivery & Payment Information

We are always looking to making your shopping experience with us a truly pleasant one. Your convenience and comfort are our foremost concerns. So we have specially put in place various options to cater to your individual needs.

How to Order

• Browse through our online store and add the products you wish to purchase to shopping cart. Once ready for payment, click on the Shopping Cart then Proceed to Payment.
• Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have placed an order online and have not received an email, please call our customer service numbers or send an email to sales@ourchoice.com. 
• If items are not in stock, we will either substitute for an equal or greater value item. 
• Best Before Date for each commodity is stated in the Quality Assured Page.
• For urgent orders, please contact us at (+65) 6686 4438 or (+65) 9025 2123 and our staff will be more than happy to help.

Delivery Terms

• Free local delivery is provided anywhere in Singapore for purchases above $40.00.
• A delivery charge of $10.00 will be incurred for purchases amounting to $40.00 and below.
• Delivery will be made on the following day after ordering, except Sundays and Public Holidays. Delivery time is between 11:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Delivery service is available to Singapore addresses only. However, we are aiming to provide international shipping by June 2020.
• For urgent or last minute changes to orders or deliveries, please call (+65) 9025 2123 and quote your order number.

Pre-Orders Terms

There may be delays for the items due to unforeseen circumstances during the shipping process or inadequacies on the factories' side etc. For such circumstances, cancellation of orders/refund of orders are not applicable if the delay is no more than 2 weeks.

No refunds/store credit will be issued once payment for the Pre-orders has been made, regardless of reason.

In case of insufficient quantity or defects upon Pre-order items' arrival, a full refund will be made to the customer within 48 hours. 

All Christmas Pre-Order items will be delivered starting 1st November. Customers may specify preferred delivery dates (from 1st November onwards) at the Special Instructions Box (at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page).

Kindly make separate orders for Pre-Order Items and In-Stock items, otherwise all items will be delivered only when the Pre-Order Items arrive in Singapore.

Re-delivery Terms

        Please ensure that the recipient's address is correct and someone is around to receive the gift. In the event that he/she is not around, the items will be returned to the office or placed outside their doorsteps. 

Re-delivery fees of $8 will be applicable 

Payment Terms

• We accept Visa or MasterCard credit payments when you shop online using Paypal’s secured transactions.
• You can also pay through Shopify Secure Payment.
• We offer you probably the lowest price in town. This is possible as we are the sole importer/exclusive distributor for some of the finest brands. All our prices include GST and there are no hidden costs.
