Primér means "the first" in Algherese, the name with which the Manca family called this oil obtained from olives harvested at the beginning of the olive oil campaign before the winter arrived.

Color: intense and limpid golden yellow
Aroma: harmonious fragrance without excess with floral and herbaceous notes and fruity hints of apple and banana
Taste: Complex and rich in nuances with bitter and spicy present and harmonious and strong tones of thistle and fresh herbs of the field
Suggested pairings: ideal dressing for seafood salads, shellfish, first courses with vegetables, steamed fish and roasted white meats.
